If you are looking to advance your career, get started in a new field, or…
With the current economic conditions and the amount of money being pumped into construction you may be wondering how to go about finding your first job once you graduate from your heavy equipment training program. ATS Heavy Equipment Operator Schools don’t just stop at training you – they also provide a comprehensive heavy equipment job placement service.
We start with a national coordinator; their role is to interview students wanting to use the service to determine your job placement requirements. These interviews are undertaken during the first weeks of training and upon graduating receive a job placement assistance package that contains lists of potential employers and other handy information.
Each campus has a job placement assistance director who works with the student to find employment opportunities. Students also have access to a job placement database. This can be accessed over the internet from home and allows users to search for potential employers by state, city, or zip code.
Our aim is to help you find successful employment – in fact our reputation relies on finding the right job for you. Successful graduates are our life blood with employers from all over the country seeking out our graduates when they have vacancies. That of course is a mark of the quality of the training we provide – it is also an indication to how much care we take in placing the right person with the right employer.
Undertaking training in heavy equipment is one thing – finding employment is another. AT ATS we don’t just train you and push you out the door. We continue to monitor your employment to ensure that your success in the school is matched by your success in the workplace.
